Today I’m going to show you how to get bigger boobs with a massage!
Massaging your breasts is one of many ways to increase their size. This is because massaging your breasts increases blood flow to them. It even helps fight against breast cancer!
It’s also a good idea to eat certain foods that are high in estrogen as a way of increasing blood flow to your breasts.
Now, before I delve into the steps of how to do this properly, I’d like to take a moment to explain what breasts are made of.
What are Breasts Made of
First and foremost, breasts have what’s called adipose. Adipose stores fatty tissues.
Prolactin is the hormone that is in charge of balancing all estrogen levels.
Phytoestrogen is a key-component hormone for breast growth. Phytoestrogen increases the amount of Prolactin in your body. You can find this hormone in natural herbs.
Now that we know this, let me explain what to do.

Step One : Choose an oil or cream that best suits you. Make sure it is composed of natural ingredients for the best results! Although this is completely optional.
I found that it made my experience much more enjoyable and skin-to-skin contact wasn’t rough due to dryness. I used coconut oil. (You can find this at your local Whole Food’s)
Step Two: Rub your palms together for warmer hands. If you’re using a cream or oil, put some in between your palms and start creating friction by rubbing them together continuously for about 8-10 seconds.
If you are using an oil or cream, this will make the movement of your hands easier to rub together. Making your hands warm will produce heat, causing the blood in your breasts to flow when you start to massage.
Step Three: Start Rubbing your breasts. Start rubbing in a circular motion by placing your left palm in the center of your left breast. Create firm, but gentle pressure. Start rubbing with slight but comfortable pressure, inwards-outwards.
A much simpler way of looking at it is to follow a counter-clockwise motion. On your right breast, you rub in a clockwise motion.
Alternating between breasts (300 rubs each), and ultimately rubbing inwards to the middle of your chest on both sides, and ending up outwards to begin the process again.
This takes about 10 to 15 minutes when done correctly. Doing this twice everyday will get you faster results. I started to see a noticeable difference in about a month.
Please keep in mind that everyone’s body works differently, and that patience is a virtue! You won’t see a huge difference overnight, but i did notice my breast size increase.
