I just want to say before writing this that you are beautiful. With or without big breasts you deserve love. A lot of us would still feel a lot more confident with a bigger chest.
When I was first looking for exercises that would make my breasts grow, I came across a lot of fitness programs and people who were trying to sell me things.
I’m here to tell you what those people and surgeons don’t want you to know. There are many natural ways of increasing your breast size.
Follow this guide along with my other guides, and you should see a noticeable difference within a few months.
The reason why these exercises aren’t mainstream is because they don’t exactly increase the amount of breast tissue that you have. These exercises will grow the pectoral muscle which lies right below your breasts. Growing this muscle will push out your breasts, making them look bigger and more full.
These workouts won’t just help you increase your breast size. They will also allow you to build muscle, lose fat, and stay in good shape !
What exercises will make my breasts grow?
Here are some chest exercises that will help increase your breast size.
Push Ups
Push Ups are an excellent way of increasing your breast size! They also tone your arms, your abs, and your core. If you’ve never done push ups, it’s a good idea to start off only doing a few with good form.
Here’s How to do a push up:
- While down on the ground, position your hand a little wider than shoulder width apart.
- Position your feet shoulder width apart.
- Now clench that butt and tighten those abs. This will help you keep your back straight!
- Look straight ahead. When you lower your body, your chin should be hitting the floor.
- When you push yourself up, your arms should be fully extended. Your back should still be straight.
If you just tried all of the steps I mentioned… Congratulations! You just did your first push up.

Negative Push Ups
If you weren’t able to do push up previously, you should start by doing a negative push up. A negative push up is where you focus on lowering yourself down, instead of pushing yourself up.
- Get into the push up position. Keep your arms shoulder-width apart.
- Slowly lower yourself down. Make sure to keep your back straight.
- Once your chin or chest reaches the floor, you can allow your body to rest.
- Repeat steps 1-3 as many times as possible.
These will give your muscles enough training to eventually push yourself up.After doing negative push ups for about a week, you’ll be able to do a normal push up.
Wall Press
A wall press is a variation of a push up. You are basically doing a push up on an incline a.k.a the wall. If you were having a hard time doing push ups, this is the exercise for you!
Find a wall that doesn’t being your workout partner for the day. Stand approximately 2 feet away from it. Extend both of your palms onto the wall. Keep them shoulder width apart. Make sure to stand on your toes, similar to a normal push up.
Now slowly lower yourself towards the wall. Once again, make sure your back is straight. The slower and more controlled you do this, the better. Once your head touches the wall, you can extend yourself again, and return to the original position.

Chest Press
The chest press is an excellent chest exercise that will allow you to increase your breast size. You can do these exercises at home if you have a bench and dumbbells available. These can be better than push ups sometimes since adding weight will increase muscle growth.
- Find a comfortable weight for the dumbells. You should probably start at 20lbs.
- Set the dumbbells in front of the bench. Sit down at the front.
- Pick up the dumbbells one at a time. Lie them on your knees. Now lay back.
- Lift each dumbbell up to your chest. The back of your hand should be facing your face, your knuckles facing the ceiling.
- Extend your arms until they are completely straight. Tap the weights together to complete the rep.

Arm Circles
Arm circles are one of the easiest exercises you can do to increase your breast size. They are simple exercises that can be done at home with some small weights. Once again, this exercise is excellent for growing the muscles in your chest and increasing breast tissue.
The first thing you want to do is find 2 small weights, preferably 5 pounds each. Keep your legs shoulder width apart, and bend your knees a bit. Extend your arms out to your side with weights in hand. Be careful not to fully extend them as you don’t want to cause injury to your elbows.
Once they are extended, move your arms around in small circles. After 10 circles, repeat the exercise, except move your arms in the opposite direction. You should start to feel a burn in your pectoral muscles.
